Five for Friday - I'm Back!

It's been what seems like a lifetime since I have last written.  My life became incredibly crazy!  While it still is nuts, things have at least gotten less stressful.  Happy Friday!

Check out this week's Five for Friday linky!

1

My Sister's Baby Shower - I have been busy helping plan and co-host my sister's baby shower.  This has taken up a ton of time, but it was worth it.  We had a nice time last weekend.  The theme was a hit - children's storybooks.  It's perfect because my sister is a librarian.

Donors Choose - Since I haven't been on here for a while, I never had the chance to post pics of what my we received.

We got Legos, craft supplies, pencils, envelopes, library cards, and so much more!

3

Frankenstein Math - For a fun review of math facts, we made little Frankenstein monsters.  On each arm and leg, we put a fact family problem.

A Visit from Reilly - I know that I have mentioned my former student, Reilly.  He came for a visit today.  I love that he is such an incredible role model for my students!  He read one of his books to my students and talked about pursuing dreams.  Right not, he is playing semi pro football and in the process of publishing his next book (due out next month).

Reilly reading us his book.

    1. Thank you! Unfortunately I didn't create the Frankenstein. Otherwise I would definitely share. I don't want to leave you hanging though, so I found a couple of places for you to grab your own. Check out https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/FREE-Halloween-Bobblehead-1496753 or http://www.dltk-holidays.com/halloween/frank_crafts.htm. Hopefully these help!
