I have been making a lot of how-to videos lately. Did you ever wonder how I make them? Even if you don't care, I'm going to share it anyway! 😀 I use a program called Screencastify.
Screencastify is an extension that you can add to your Chrome browser. Did I lose you on that one? It's not as hard as it sounds. Watch the video to see how you can do this. Did I mention that it's free???
So...Why should you try Screencastify? Easy! You can make videos for your students...videos to Flip Your Classroom, videos to introduce topics during centers, or even have your students make their own videos. My favorite part is that all your videos automatically save to Google Drive. Then you can decide what to do with them.
